Our sessions take place in community centres near your home and are carried out using the latest technology. In your session, you will be sat with a maximum of 11 other participants taking part in the course. Although you will be in a group, you will be enclosed in your own personal environment with the help of headphones. Our system allows us to speak specifically to you, guiding you through the course and giving you an individual experience with all the support that a group brings.
