Groupnosis currently runs two courses designed for different lifestyle needs. Weight Loss Program Our weight loss program runs for 20 weeks and includes 10 group sessions with us allowing you to manage your weight sensibly. We do not weigh, measure or 'police' people's weight loss - our course is about empowerment and giving people the tools to take control over their life rather than being 'supervised' by outside agencies or peer pressure.
